Delivery Information
Ready to dispatch can dispatch within 3 working days
through courier companies such as Ekart,FedEx,DTDC,Bluedart,Delhivery,etc.After
shipment the delivery will take 10 working days. Preorder products are made to
order, the delivery period from purchase date will be approximately up to 2-4
weeks.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed with in 1-3
business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage
area, this may take between 5-7 working days. Normal delivery max 7-10 business
days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area,
this may take between 10-12 working days.

Order Cancellation
Due to the amount of investment that goes in both in terms of
time and money, we do not accept any cancellation.
If You think,You have received the product in a bad condition or
if the packaging is tampered with or damages before delivery, please refuse to
accept the package and return the package to the delivery person . Also,please
email us at support@kotharifashion.com Mentioning your order number.
We accepts returns and exchanges with store credit only within 2
days from the date your order was delivered to you.
We video record the package process for every order to make sure
the product reaches customer in good shape. If you receive a defective product
please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a return label. Please include
photo of damage.
In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused,
unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the Customer and will only be returned if
they are in their original packaging including tags. Please note that we do not
provide any refunds on goods sold. Instead we will issue a store credit if your
return is accepted.

receiving the product, and we will ensure a prompt response. Please note that
all custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless an
incorrect item is shipped to you.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, duties, customs
fees, and taxes (if applicable) for returning your item. Shipping cost is
non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.Any costs incurred by The Kothari Fashion for return shipping
will be deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping the return using a
trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive
them.
We strive to ensure that the details of product or product
specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) are as accurate
as possible. Products shown on www.kotharifashion.com are only approximate
and may differ from the actual product due to a variety of reasons beyond our
control. We at The Kothari Fashion believe that all Customers who order online
are fully aware of the colour discrepancies shown on their monitors can be
slightly different as compared to the actual product colours.
Please also note, no items will be accepted for returns or
exchange just because the customer did not like how it looked on them, or
suddenly decided that the colour does not suit them.Customers are requested to
select their size very carefully. If an item does not fit it is only because
you selected a size that was not meant for you. We will only exchange wrongly
sized items if we sent a size that was different from what was ordered by the
customer.
